- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a small oven-safe baking dish or line a small sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place the wheel of brie in the prepared dish. Lightly score the top rind with a small knife if desired, being careful not to cut deeply into the cheese.
- Spoon the honey over the top of the brie. Sprinkle with the chopped mixed nuts, optional walnuts, rosemary, optional dried fruit, and a pinch of flaky salt if using.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the brie is very soft in the center and the edges are just starting to relax.
- Carefully transfer the baked brie to a serving board or leave it in the baking dish. Let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Drizzle with a little extra honey if desired and serve immediately with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or fresh fruit.
Notes
Do not overbake or the cheese can fully collapse. Camembert works well as a substitute. For best texture, bake just before serving. Nutrition is an estimate and does not include bread or crackers.
